Mothers who participated in one of our workshops undergo training by our pedagogic directors in order to train additional mothers with children. Developing Bedouin women’s human capital and employment opportunities in the field of early childhood will narrow an essential service gap. Advancing the economic participation of Bedouin women in in the field of early childhood development through non-degree trainings will yield the women both social and financial benefits and strengthen the Bedouin community’s confidence and motivation to access early childhood services at the hands of ‘their own’ professionals. In 2023, 5 program graduates underwent training by our pedagogic directors and each offered numerous workshops (10 children/session) and received a salary.
